Make this Icon! Turn:
TO 
1. Open a new 100 x 100 image
2. Open your image and resize it. Drag it into your 100 x 100 image.
I got:

3. Duplicate the image (Ctrl + J). Set this layer to screen.
I got:

4. Duplicate this screen layer many more times. I duplicated it 7 times. Make it so it looks really really bright. You can go back later if you want the final icon brighter or darker.
I got:

5. Make a new layer and fill with #95D5FD
or this:

Set to Colour Burn
I got:

6. Duplicate the colour burn layer twice.
I got:

7. Make a new layer and fill with #FAADDE
or this:

Set to Colour Burn.
I got:

8. Make a new layer and fill with #FFD6CA
or this:

Set to Multiply. I got:

9. Make another new layer and fill with a diagonal gradient of #FFD6CA to #000000 (or whatever colour you want), or (if you are lazy like me) simply use
this:

I got:

10. Okay, just one more layer. Make a new layer and fill with #FFD6CA, Set to Multiply at 30% Opacity.
11. Drag it onto your image. Set to screen.
And you are done!
