Make this PB Icon! Turn:

This tut is the result of me LOVING a icon by
maybetomorrow and asking how to do it. After some collaboration, it was all figured out- and after a few changes by me, I thought i would show you how to make icons with such a great and easy technique! Hope you like it! And thankyou everyone over at icon_colouring for your help!
Good luck!
1. Open a new 100 x 100 image
2. Open your image and resize it. Drag it into your 100 x 100 image.
I got:

3. Make a new layer and fill with #7DDDFB. Set to Saturation. (it looks really weird right now- it'll get better - don't stress!)
I got:

4. Now go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Colour Balance. Set to:

5. Now duplicate (Ctrl +J) your base and bring to the top layer. Set to screen.
I got:

6. Duplicate the screen layer 3 times. (that is what suited my pic, but you can change that, depending on the original brightness/darkness of your pic. It must look TOO bright)
I got:

7. Make a new layer and fill with #040430. Set to Exclusion at Opacity: 50%
I got:

8. Make another new layer and fill with #50D1FA. Set to Colour Burn.
I got:

9. Duplicate that colour burn layer and change the opacity to 30%
I got:

10. Go down to your base and duplicate it. Bring it to the top and set to Soft Light.
I got:

11. Make yet another new layer on top and fill with #FDCDDE. Set to Colour Burn.
And you are done! Add any text or brushes or whatever you want!! I personally like it plain.
