New Layout YAY!!! I get really bored with the old ones lol. Yeh, I really like this one.
So i made a new tutorial! Turn:

mata090680 that started me off and gave me some ideas for the header. MWAH! It turned out AWESOME! I am so proud of it! PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!!!
Now, on to the tutorial!
***
1. Open a new 100 x 100 image
2. Open two image and resize them. Drag them both onto your 100 x 100 image.
3. With the biggest image on top, erase the parts around the main person/thing, using the eraser tool whilst zoomed in. (if you need me to clarify how to do any of that let me know)
I got:
4. Merge all layers (Shift + Ctrl + E)
5. Duplicate (Ctrl + J) Your image TWICE (or more or less depending on your picture)
I got:
6. Make a new layer and fill with #FDBBC9. Set to colour burn at Opacity : 50%.
I got:
7. Make another new layer and fill with #A2C5FF. Set to colour burn.
I got:
8. Duplicate that blue colour burn layer. (Ctrl + J)
I got:
9. Make a new layer and fill with #FDD7BB. Set to Multiply. Opacity: 70%
I got:
10. Open this pattern (by me)
pattern:

11. Drag it onto your image. Set to soft light. Opacity: 80%
And you are done! Add any text, brushes, whatever.
