Make this PB Icon! Turn:

TO



1. Open a new 100 x 100 image

2. Open your image and resize it. Drag it into your 100 x 100 image.
I got:


3. Duplicate the image (Ctrl + J). Set this layer to overlay.

4. Underneath the overlay layer, duplicate the base and set to screen. Duplicate the screen layer once. (More or less, depending on the brightness/darkness of your image)

5. Merge all layers (Ctrl + Shift + E)

6. Duplicate the base (Ctrl + J)

7. Select all (Ctrl + A). Go to Edit> Transform >Flip Vertical.

8. Move the flipped layer down a little and select most of the image, leaving a little at the bottom. Delete the selection.
I got:


9. Now go to Image > Adjustments > Colour Balance. Set to:
Cyan/Red
-100
Magenta/Green
-22
Yellow/Blue
+100
I got:


10. Open this texture (by me)


11. Drag it onto your image. Set to screen.

12. Make a new layer and fill with #08154E. Set to exclusion. Opacity 70%.
I got:


13. Now to add some text if you like. I used Font: Strike Swiss- Size: 30 - Colour: White. TEAM. I put it beneath the exclusion layer to give it the same colouring as the texture.

And you are done!
