Make this Mila Icon! Turn:
TO 
1. Open a new 100 x 100 image
2. Open your image and resize it. Drag it into your 100 x 100 image.
I got:

3. This is optional!
Make a new layer. Zoom into the eyes and with i size one round brush colour around the eye. Go to Filter > Blur> Gaussian Blur. Set to 1. Set the layer to overlay. Press Ctrl + J a number of times (whatever suits you).
I got:

4. Duplicate your base image and set to screen. Duplicate it again and set to overlay. Duplicate the overlay layer. (Perhaps do it twice- depends on the pic)
I got:

5. Merge all layers (Ctrl + Shift + E)
6. Duplicate the base (Ctrl + J)
7. Select all (Ctrl + A). Go to Edit> Transform >Flip Horizontal.
8. Move the flipped layer down to the bottom of the image.
I got:

9. Now go to Image > Adjustments > Colour Balance. Set to:
MIDTONES
Cyan/Red
-38
Magenta/Green
-62
Yellow/Blue
+100
HIGHLIGHTS
Cyan/Red
0
Magenta/Green
-7
Yellow/Blue
+100
SHADOWS
Cyan/Red
-10
Magenta/Green

Yellow/Blue

11. Drag it onto your image. Set to screen.
12. Now to add some text if you like. I liked it just the way it was.
