Here we are.. do you know the time? It's tutorial time! Hooray.

Okay. It isn't THAT exciting.

Make this icon! Turn:

TO




1. Open a new 100 x 100 image

2. Open your image and resize it. Drag it into your 100 x 100 image.
I got:


3. Go to Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast. Change both brightness and contrast up to about 10 or so.. depending on your pic.
I got:


4. Make a new layer and fill with #FFC2D6. Set to soft light.
I got:


5. Make a new layer and fill with #BED6F7. Set to soft light.
I got:


6. Make a new layer and fill with #9EF89E. Set to soft light.
I got:


7. Duplicate base (Ctrl + J) and move to the top. Set to soft light. Duplicate again.
I got:


8. Make a new layer and fill with #B8E0FD. Set to colour burn. Duplicate twice.
I got:


9. Duplicate your base and bring to top. Set to soft light.

And you are done! Feel free to add brushes or text or whatever!
